9/11 Behold a Pale Horse

On June 28th, 2001, William Cooper said “Something terrible is going to happen in this country. And whatever is going to happen they’re going to blame on Osama bin Laden. Don’t you even believe it.”

Behold a Pale Horse, published in 1991, is something of a publishing miracle. With an initial press run of 3,500 (500 hardcover, 3,000 paperback), by the end of 2017, the book was closing in on 300,000 copies sold. It’s one of the most shoplifted book in the history of Barnes & Noble.

I also initially published my book, Putting It All Together, in 1991, several months before Behold a Pale Horse. During this time, I met the late Steve Cokely, an African-American independent researcher–street speaker who occasionally referenced Cooper. In the middle of a presentation on topics like Cointelpro, Cokely would pick up a copy of Behold a Pale Horse and say, “Let’s see what the white boy has to say about this.”

I paid Steve to speak at the Harriet Tubman school in Harlem. I give him a Navy Federal Credit Union check as payment and later heard that his talks included how I was a government agent because I paid him with a NFCU check. That was one of the experiences that led me away from continuing given such talks and actively selling my book. I didn’t want to end up like Steve Cokely or William Cooper. Instead, I when to grad school at the NYU Stern School of Business and didn’t fit in there and ended up becoming a New York City high school teacher for a time. I taught at Morris High School in the South Bronx and George Washington High School in Washington Heights. I was also the head coach of the track and field team and the cross-country team at Spring Valley High School in Rockland County.

In 1990 and 1991, 5,077 people were murdered in New York, by far the highest two-year total in city history.

Who told you the Pale Horse is the future

Milton William “Bill” Cooper (1943–2001), while largely unknown in the mainstream media, was the most important “conspiracy” writer and thinker of his time. Chances are individuals like Alex Jones, QAnon, and even Donald Trump would not have manifested the way they have without the influence of Bill Cooper and his book Behold a Pale Horse, which, 27 years after it was first published in 1991, remains important in many American circles.

Eight years before the Trench Coat Mafia murders at Columbine High School, Cooper wrote: “The sharp increase of prescriptions of psychoactive drugs like Prozac and Ritalin to younger and younger children will inevitably lead to a rash of horrific school shootings.” These incidents, he said, “will be used by elements of the federal government as an excuse to infringe upon the citizenry’s Second Amendment rights.”

Cooper’s most famous prediction was made during the June 28th, 2001, broadcast of The Hour of the Time, the radio program he broadcast from 1992 until November 2001. “Can you believe what you have been seeing on CNN today, ladies and gentlemen?” Cooper asked his audience that evening.

“Supposedly, a CNN reporter found Osama bin Laden, took a television camera crew with him, and interviewed him and his top leadership, lieutenants, and his colonels, and generals…in their hideout!

“Now don’t you think that’s kind of strange, folks?” Cooper asked with his signature chuckle. “Because the largest intelligence apparatus in the world, with the biggest budget in the history of world, has been looking for Osama bin Laden for years, and years, and years, and can’t find him!

“But some doofus jerk‐off reporter with his little camera crew waltzes right into his secret hideout and interviews him!”

This meant one of two things, Cooper told the audience. Either “everyone in the intelligence community and all the intelligence agencies of the United States government are blithering idiots and incompetent fools, or they’re lying to us.”

The fact was, Cooper told the audience, no one in the U.S. intelligence services was really looking for Osama bin Laden. They knew where he was. They had since the beginning of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Bin Laden, along with his entire family, was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Central Intelligence Agency.

“They created him. They’re the ones funding him. They supported him to make their new utopian worlds…and he has served them well.” There were rumors floating around the mass media that bin Laden was planning attacks on the United States and Israel, but this was just subterfuge, Cooper said. “If Osama bin Laden is an enemy of Israel, don’t you think the Mossad would have taken care of that a long time ago?” Cooper asked.

Something else was in the wind. There was no other reason for the government to allow the CNN report but to further stamp bin Laden’s bearded, pointy face upon the collective American mind‐set. Bogeyman of the moment, the Saudi prince was being readied for his close‐up.

“I’m telling you to be prepared for a major attack!” Cooper declared. The target would be a large American city.

“Something terrible is going to happen in this country. And whatever is going to happen they’re going to blame on Osama bin Laden. Don’t you even believe it.”

Two and a half months later, on September 11th, 2001, after two commercial airliners flew into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in a cataclysm that killed 2,996 people, including 343 New York City Fire Department personnel, Cooper’s prediction came to pass.

I sold about 10,000 copies of Putting It All Together. I could have sold a great deal more books but I really wasn’t feeling how people were responding to the information. I thought the information would be empowering but it actually seemed to encourage a sense of hopelessness. I didn’t want to be responsible for making people feel hopeless.

I am working on a new book called DO THIS AND YOU WILL LIVE. It will cover the material that is in Putting It All Together, but it will also include new chapters about the Bible and how there is no conflict between science and the Bible. And as Matthew 21:22 states, “And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

The book will also revisit the events of 9/11. William Cooper predicted that there would be a terrible event and that Osama bin Laden would be blamed. In my book, Putting It All Together, I also predicted that there would be a terrible event so that legislature such as the Patriot Act could be passed.

The Patriot Act was signed into law on October 26, 2001. The final bill was 342 pages long and changed more than 15 existing laws. For such a law to be created and passed so quickly, the basic ideas for the Act had to already exist. And I wrote about many of the basic ideas in the Patriot Act, ten years before they were enacted.

Also, the threat posed by US terrorism to the security of nations and individuals was outlined in prophetic detail in a document called Rebuilding America’s Defenses, which was written in the summer of 2000. The document was produced by the Project for the New American Century and stated that what was needed for America to dominate much of humanity and the world’s resources, it said, was “some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.”

The Project for the New American Century (PNAC) was a neoconservative think tank based in Washington, D.C. that focused on United States foreign policy. It was established as a non-profit educational organization in 1997, and founded by William Kristol and Robert Kagan. PNAC’s stated goal was “to promote American global leadership.” The organization stated that “American leadership is good both for America and for the world,” and sought to build support for “a Reaganite policy of military strength and moral clarity.”

Of the twenty-five people who signed PNAC’s founding statement of principles, ten went on to serve in the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush, including Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and Paul Wolfowitz. Former President George W. Bush and PNAC co-founder Robert Kagan are also members of Skull and Bones, a secret society based at Yale University.

In Putting It All Together which included chapters about Skull and Bones, the Federal Reserve System and the history of banking in the United States. I quoted Carroll Quigley’s Tragedy and Hope and The Anglo-American establishment quite a bit.

Carroll Quigley was a professor at the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. President Bill Clinton mentioned Quigley in his 1992 acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention. In Tragedy and Hope, Quigley wrote:

[T]he powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent and private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank… sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasure loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence to the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world. (p. 324)

In Putting It All Together, I also wrote about the work of Antony Sutton. In 1968, Sutton’s Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development was published by The Hoover Institute at Stanford University. Sutton showed how the Soviet state’s technological and manufacturing base, which was then engaged in supplying the North Vietnamese the armaments and supplies to kill and wound American soldiers, was built by US firms and mostly paid for by the US taxpayers. From their largest steel and iron plant, to automobile manufacturing equipment, to precision ball-bearings and computers, basically the majority of the Soviet’s large industrial enterprises had been built with the United States help or technical assistance.”

Sutton’s work includes writings about about Skull & Bones. Skull & Bones is a secret society based at Yale University. Their members include George W. Bush (43rd president of the United States), George H. W. Bush (41st president), John Kerry (former U.S. Secretary of State and former U.S. Senator), Stephen A. Schwarzman (founder of Blackstone Group and Chairman of Donald Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers), Harold Stanley (co-founder of Morgan Stanley), Frederick W. Smith (founder of FedEx) and Steven Mnuchin (current Treasury secretary).

In an interview with Kris Millegan we learn from Sutton, “I knew nothing of S&B until I received a letter in the early 80’s asking if I would like to look at a genuine membership list.” The interview continues:

KM – What do you see for the future?

AS – Chaos, confusion and ultimately a battle between the individual and the State.

The individual is the stronger; and will win. The state is a fiction sanctified by Hegel and his followers to CONTROL the individual.

Sooner or later people will wake up. First we have to dump the trap of right and left, this is a Hegelian trap to divide and control. The battle is not between right and left; it is between us and them.

The message is getting through. ASE has sold for 15 years, small but steady. No advertising. Its an underground work. But the breadth of interest is amazing. From Black Africa, to Russia (12,000 copies), right, left…it cuts across all ethnic, political, social lines.

The spirit of God is within us as individuals. Skull & Bones represents death. It has no life spirit and pretends that the State “is the march of God on earth”.

The thinking of immature juveniles, deadly and destructive and has almost totally infected Washington.

What to do? Find yourself and then go to work…..tell your friends and put out the message.

The answer is within you.

Was AIDS/HIV Created in a Lab?

Douglas Rushkoff did a podcast and a Medium post on “How We All Became Russia’s ‘Useful Idiots,’” they reference The New York Times video below:

The films chronicle the Russian effort to spread conspiracy theories in the United States since the 1980s, beginning with the planted story in an Indian newspaper about the AIDS virus being concocted in a U.S. military lab, right through the story about Hillary Clinton running a child sex ring out of the basement of a pizzeria — which turned out to have no basement. The movies show how 85 percent or more of Russian intelligence activity and budgeting went to promoting fake news stories in the United States. Intelligence agents’ yearly review focused primarily on how many ideas they came up with for conspiracies and how many they were able to get picked up by dupes, called “useful idiots,” such as Alex Jones and Sean Hannity. The possibility that a U.S. president would retweet such planted stories, or even repeat them in his speeches, was beyond their wildest hopes.

My book, Putting It All Together, included a chapter about the possibility of AIDS/HIV being a biological warfare operation. For one, there is great deal of circumstantial evidence beyond the planted news stories.

In 1978–1981, the CDC conducted a hepatitis B vaccine experiment on homosexual men living in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles. HIV/AIDS was first detected among the participants in the CDC hepatitis B vaccine trial and quickly spread throughout the gay community in those cities. The gay men in the experiment were injected with a vaccine that had been made using human hepatitis B infected blood which was injected into chimpanzees known to be infected with the cancer causing simian virus 40 (SV40); the virus that had contaminated the polio vaccine.

Before these CDC experiments there were no reported cases of HIV or AIDS in America. The AIDS epidemic was officially declared by CDC in 1981, at the conclusion of the experiment. The men in the Manhattan experiment had the highest rate of HIV ever recorded for that time period: 20% were discovered to be HIV-positive in 1980, and over 40% in 1984.

The hepatitis B vaccine was created by Merck & Co. George W. Merck was the president of Merck & Co. from 1925 to 1950. During World War II, he led the War Research Service, which initiated the U.S. biological weapons program with Frank Olson. Frank Olson was a bacteriologist, biological warfare scientist, and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee who worked at Camp Detrick (now Fort Detrick) in Maryland. At a meeting in rural Maryland, he was covertly dosed with LSD by his CIA supervisor and, nine days later, plunged to his death from the window of a 13th-story New York City hotel room.

Merck employee, Maurice Hilleman was a microbiologist who specialized in vaccinology and developed over 40 vaccines, an unparalleled record of productivity.Of the 14 vaccines routinely recommended in current vaccine schedules, he developed eight: those for measles, mumps, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, chickenpox, meningitis, pneumonia and Haemophilus influenzae bacteria. He is featured in the video below.

From 1955 to 1963, about 100 millions Americans, and even more people abroad, received SV40-contaminated polio vaccine. In the video below, Maurice Hilleman recalls Merck’s problems of importing monkeys from Africa, and SV40 in polio vaccines.

Another interesting twist is that there seems to be a connection between AIDS and syphilis. Harris Coulter, Ph.D. included an interview with Stephen Caiazza, M.D. in this book. Ciaizza died in March 1990, his New York Times obituary:

Dr. Stephen S. Caiazza, a physician who had dedicated himself to the treatment of patients with AIDS, died of complications from the disease on last Wednesday at Cabrini Medical Center in Manhattan. He was 46 years old and lived in Manhattan.

Dr. Caiazza was chairman of the New York Committee of Concerned Physicians and had been president of New York Physicians for Human Rights, organizations that dealt with AIDS patients.

Caiazza in his interview with Coulter:

I have been working with AIDS patients, to all intents and purposes, since I started my practice in 1982. I soon came to realize that there was something screwy, because I was hardly seeing any cases of syphilis. While there was an exponential increase in AIDS/ARC/HIV infection, I was only getting one or two cases of syphilis per year. I have one of the biggest gay practices in Manhattan, and I thought it strange that syphilis was going away, while AIDS was increasing logarithmically, especially since they are both transmitted in the same way.

I thought, Lord, I’ve got a large gay practice in Manhattan, I should be seeing more syphilis. In addition, a few of my patients with full-blown AIDS would sometimes come up with s positive VDRL or some other serological result indicating infection with syphilis. Those patients I treated in the standard way for syphilis, i.e., with penicillin, and while I was treating them, their AIDS got better. This was just a coincidence, I thought, something I wasn’t looking for.

What makes the AIDS – syphilis connection so interesting is the Tuskegee syphilis experiment. The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male was an infamous and unethical clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 by the U.S. Public Health Service. The purpose of this study was to observe the natural history of untreated syphilis; the African-American men in the study were told they were receiving free health care from the United States government.

I could actually continue with a vast amount of additional evidence connecting AIDS to biological warfare, but the more important reason that that neither The New York Times or Douglas Rushkoff really gets it, is a lack of empathy of the systemic oppression conducted by local, state, and federal governments in the United States.

White Rage

The the killing [of Amadou Diallo, a West African immigrant] was horrific enough—forty-one bullets were fired, nineteen of which hit their target—what left me truly stunned was the clinical, antiseptic policy rationale espoused by New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, On the news show Nightline, the mayor, virtually ignoring Diallo’s death, glibly and confidently spouted one statistic after the nest to demonstrate how the NYPD was the “most restrained and best behaved police department you could imagine.” He touted policies that had reduced crime in New York and dismissed African Americans’ concerns about racial profiling, stop-and-frisk, and police brutality as unfounded….

But restrained and behaved police don’t fire forty-one bullets at an unarmed man. Moreover, New York’s aggressive law enforcement police appeared to expend most of its energy on the group bringing the smalless yield of criminal activity. In 1999, blacks and Hispancis, who made up 50 percent of New York City’s population, accounted for 84 percent of those stopped and frisked by the NYPD; while the majority of illegal drugs and weapons were found on the relatively small number of whites detained by police.

It’s Black advancement, Black progress, Black achievement that is the trigger for White rage.

White rage is often invisible, it’s invisible because isn’t about violence…. White rage works through the courts, it works through the legislatures, in passing laws. When the law is applied in the absence of legitimacy, it does not produce obedience. It produces the opposite. It leads to backlash.

It’s not a war on drugs. Don’t ever think it’s a war on drugs. It’s a war on the Blacks. It started as a war on the Blacks, it’s now spread to Hispanics and poor Whites. But initially it was a war on Blacks. And it was designed basically to take that energy that was coming out of the Civil Rights Movement and destroy it.

According to an article by Avinash Tharoor, Bank of America, Western Union, and JP Morgan, are among the institutions allegedly involved in the drug trade. Meanwhile, HSBC has admitted its laundering role, and evaded criminal prosecution by paying a fine of almost $2 billion. The lack of imprisonment of any bankers involved is indicative of the hypocritical nature of the drug war; an individual selling a few grams of drugs can face decades in prison, while a group of people that tacitly allow — and profit from — the trade of tons, escape incarceration.

According to the Corporate Crime Reporter:

Corporate crime inflicts far more damage on society than all street crime combined.Whether in bodies or injuries or dollars lost, corporate crime and violence wins by a landslide.

The FBI estimates, for example, that burglary and robbery – street crimes – costs the nation $3.8 billion a year.

The losses from a handful of major corporate frauds – Tyco, Adelphia, Worldcom, Enron – swamp the losses from all street robberies and burglaries combined.

Health care fraud alone costs Americans $100 billion to $400 billion a year.

The savings and loan fraud – which former Attorney General Dick Thornburgh called “the biggest white collar swindle in history” – cost us anywhere from $300 billion to $500 billion.

Noam Chomsky in “What Makes Mainstream Media Mainstream” wrote:

If you’ve read George Orwell’s Animal Farm which he wrote in the mid-1940s, it was a satire on the Soviet Union, a totalitarian state. It was a big hit. Everybody loved it. Turns out he wrote an introduction to Animal Farm which was suppressed. It only appeared 30 years later. Someone had found it in his papers. The introduction to Animal Farm was about “Literary Censorship in England” and what it says is that obviously this book is ridiculing the Soviet Union and its totalitarian structure. But he said England is not all that different. We don’t have the KGB on our neck, but the end result comes out pretty much the same. People who have independent ideas or who think the wrong kind of thoughts are cut out.

He talks a little, only two sentences, about the institutional structure. He asks, why does this happen? Well, one, because the press is owned by wealthy people who only want certain things to reach the public. The other thing he says is that when you go through the elite education system, when you go through the proper schools in Oxford, you learn that there are certain things it’s not proper to say and there are certain thoughts that are not proper to have. That is the socialization role of elite institutions and if you don’t adapt to that, you’re usually out. Those two sentences more or less tell the story.

“Journalism is printing…” is not an actual Orwell quote but it does capture the essence of his suppressed introduction to “Animal Farm.”
